Killzone 2 - Gunning will be your major act

Killzone 2 is a first person shooter game that is developed by Guerrilla Games and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. It is the sequel to the original game -- Killzone: Liberation. It is available in Playstation 3 mode.

The gameplay is set entirely on the planet Helghan, the home-world of the Helghast who attacked an Interplanetary Strategic Alliance (ISA) colony. Two years after the assault of Helghast on Vekta, the ISA has launched a verbal attack on the enemy's homeland of Helghan with a mission to capture Helghast leader, Scolar Visari.

During the gameplay, players will take on the role of Sev -- the battle-hardened soldier of the Special Forces unit named as the Legion. During the invasion of Helghan, Sev's unit is spread out behind enemy lines to assist the main invasion force. Assigned with securing Pyrrhus -- the Capital City, the team immediately discovers that the Helghast are a dreadful enemy on their home planet. Aside from vehicular combat, this game is presented almost entirely from a first person aspect. During the course of the game, players have to harness a source of power from their surrounding that can be used against the ISA.

In this game, a latest gameplay mechanic is introduced. There is a feature named as "lean and peek" cover system, which allows the player to take cover or hide behind an object and then jump out to fire at enemies. The simple tip for the players to overcome their enemies is to shoot their vulnerable areas. The controls are easy and initiative on the Playstation 3 systems.
