Monsters vs. Aliens - Be a monster to take down the aliens

Monsters vs. Aliens is a 2009 film-based video game available for Xbox 360, Microsoft windows, PS3, PS2, Nintendo DS and Wii.

According to the gamestory, the military enlists the help of monsters to fight against an alien menace named Gallaxhar -- on a mission to acquire substance called quantonium so that he can control the world. But, the source of this substance is present inside Susan’s body which made her to grow into a giant.


The players will take on the role of various monsters -- Missing Link, the macho fish looking ape, the gelatinous, hungry B.O.B, Susan aka Ginormica and Insectosaurus -- the 350-foot tall grub. Each monster has different strength, sizes and abilities to battle against giant alien robots which are controlled by Gallaxhar. So players can experience different skills of these monsters thereby they can feel the movie's action and humor while playing.

In this game, the Missing Link can bash, bounce, swing, and climb easily. B.O.B is always hungry and indestructible. It can ooze through cracks, stick to ceilings, and swallow and spit out enemies. Ginormica can sue the cars as rolling skates and can tower over the landscape. Insectosaurus is a monstrous 350-foot tall grub that shoots silk and has a penetrating sonic scream -- making the enemies to run away. In the co-operative mode, players can utilize the brainiest of the group -- Dr. Cockroach as he provides tricky gadgets that can blast and beam away enemies.

In short, the players will gain an action-packed, humoristic movie experience from the game -- Monsters vs. Aliens.
