Space Siege is a brand-new action-RPG from Chris Taylor, the creator of the award-winning Dungeon Siege games. This game is filled with heavy combat action, fast-paced tactics and decision making, which add credits to the developer for such a creative and impressive science-fiction themed game.
The game story is all about the aliens attack over the earth, which makes the humans to flee away. Only one of five evacuation colony ships escapes intact before Earth is completely obliterated by the attacking aliens. In this gameplay, Player takes on the role of Seth Walker, a combat engineer who is on the Armstrong -- the lone surviving ship. The mission is to protect the human race from being annihilated by this unknown alien species.
For Players, there will be an arsenal of futuristic weaponry and armor, cybernetic upgrades, and a robotic partner that can be customized and commanded by them. Space Siege is not only featuring a single-player campaign that takes place across the vast boundaries of the Armstrong, but also a separate mission-based multiplayer campaign that involves in character-building gameplay elements.
With Tactical Combat Action moves, Players can outsmart their enemies by setting up ambushes, dodging attacks, ducking behind cover, and using any of the multiple special abilities that are available to them. Through Futuristic Combat Technology players will be offered with powerful abilities that take to risks and benefits. In an overall view, Space Siege is focusing less on role-playing elements and more on combat action where Players will thunder through abandoned starships, chaotic space stations and alien worlds at a blistering pace.
